fix(vue): Upgrade to Vue 3.5.24 for compatibility with Nuxt 4
b8966c4 
- Update vue devDependency from 3.5.21 to 3.5.24
- Fixes TypeScript build errors in @clerk/nuxt caused by Vue version mismatch
- The Plugin type is compatible across 3.5.x versions when using the same version
